Painting purchased at a Country Auction. The Stamp on the Back, from one of the oldest Framing Houses
in London 'Rowney and Forster' of Rathbone Place suggest a quality
Painting. To put things in perspective, Rowney and Forster supplied
Constable and Turner (yes! The Masters) with their Art needs so it is
likely that the Artist of this Beach Scene is a quality Artist.
